Elva went Hong Kong

Elva is 104 weeks old.

We celebrated Elva's 2nd Birthday at her child care and at home. Jerlyn bought a frozen character cake for her school mates and her teachers to celebrate at school. Elva was just woken up and saw her cake so she wasn't in a good mood when celebrating. She was better after going back home. We celebrated the actual day at our home with just our relatives.

We went to Hong Kong for the first time with Elva having her own seat in the plane. We took Cathy Pacific, stayed at Royal Pacific Hotels and Towers Harbor View room. Room was great with bathtub that we did not use, there shopping mall (China Hong Kong City and Harbor City) just below the hotel. There is also China Ferry Terminal where we can go Macau just by going downstairs, but we didn't go in the end). There is bus terminus at the basement too where we took bus back once from Jordan Street.

We went to the Peak, took the Peak Tram up to the Peak, went to Madame Tussauds which was at the Peak and went to the Sky Terrace 428 where we can see the Hong Kong scenic views. We went to Ngong Ping Village where the Big Buddha was at. We went to the Avenue of Stars which I felt there is nothing much compared to Los Angeles. The Dim Sum was good thou, for Tim Ho Wan at Sham Shui Po and the Dim Dim Sum at Mong Kok. The Superstar at Nathan Street was not good and expensive.

Overall I felt I like Taiwan more than Hong Kong, thou I like the weather and the MTR system in Hong Kong, the overall experience I felt was Taiwan is more suitable for me.

Elva celebrated her 2nd new year

Elva is 102 weeks old.

We went to Sim Lim Square to have our laptop repaired and turn out that the windows was corrupted. We paid $25 to restore back to normal.

I was sick again with fever, neck and backache. Think the neck ache is the cause of it.
