Bird Park

Went to the Bird Park to celebrate Ceilia's birthday.. Went to meet Jenny and Tiangui for lunch and chat.. Went for injection for the upcoming detachment and also doing my 1st BOS duty.. that how I spend my two weeks..

15th Aug 2010 Sun - It's Ceilia's Birthday so the gals Jerlyn, Liting and Trisa decided to go Jurong Bird Park to celebrate her birthday with me and Samuel along.. Liting who just bought a new car drove Ceilia, Jerlyn and me to the Bird Park and meet Trisa and Samuel there.. Took alot of photos with us doing funny poses.. but the weather wasn't that good.. It rained while we were there but everyone were prepared brought our own umbrellas and Trisa and Samuel even brought Poncho.. After finished walking and playing around in the Bird Park.. We went to Bugis Junction Lenas Restaurant to eat.. 1st time trying the banana with peanut and chocolate pizza.. taste weird..

16th to 20th Aug 2010 Mon to Fri - As usual working.. Friday went to medical centre to do my dental FFI and also have my injection done.. went there with 4 other colleagues and we were like goofing around and disturbing the medic and asking them alot of questions about Hep A and B..

21st Aug 2010 Sat - Went to meet Jenny and Tiangui for lunch at West Coast Market.. We were suppose to meet last Sat but Tiangui as the organiser forgot about it.. So Jenny took up the responsible and organise this lunch.. As usual Tiangui was late again so me and Jenny chatted and waited for him to come.. After that we went to for our dessert at nearby and chat about work and future study.. Tiangui was thinking of getting scholarship from the company to get his degree in HR..

22nd Aug 2010 Sun - rotting at home as it the only day Jerlyn not working so we end up watching TV all the day..

23rd to 25th Aug 2010 Mon to Wed - Working and nothing special..

26th Aug 2010 Thur - It my BOS duty on this day so I got to go in at the same time and meet the Chief and listen to him to know my task of the day.. After taking over from the previous day BOS.. I started my duty walking around and doing my task.. I got my own BOS room so when I was tired I went back to my room and rest.. I even have my own TV so after finishing my task I went back to the room and changed and watch TV and fell asleep..

27th Aug 2010 Fri - Wake up and changed.. I went to do my task and its time to hand over.. So i went to meet the Chief again and hand over my task to the next BOS.. And time to go back home.. Brought Mcdonalds for Jerlyn and me for breakfast.. Showered and went out with Jerlyn again.. Went to Toa Payoh to ask about the housing but didn't have much luck.. got to wait for the flats to be ready.. Went to visit my Sis since it quite near and saw my Mum there.. Went back home and rest and in the evening time me and Jerlyn went to my workplace to send my luggage in.. After that we went to IMM and walk..

Batam Trip

Went for our 1st overseas trip after coming back from the States.. It was 5 months since coming back from Singapore and going out on a trip with my dear Jerlyn.. And it was since 5 months coming back that I realised that I need to change a hand phone.. Kinda regret why I didn't change my hand phone back then when my contract ended.. Maybe feel that my old trusty Nokia hand phone can last.. But after dropping a few times with lines on the screen and battery getting weaker every time.. I realised its time to change a hand phone but abit too late as I'm only 5 months into my contract and I only can get a non contract hand phone with more expensive prices.. Was eyeing the new HTC Touch 2 non-camera edition but a non contract will cost about 600 plus..

2nd Aug 2010 Mon - It was RSD today and everyone is working in one shift.. I was coughing and sneezing badly.. think I am getting sick.. Jerlyn's parents went to Thailand so got to buy our own dinner..

3rd to 4th Aug 2010 Tue to Wed - Went to work but feeling dizzy.. so went to medical centre to see doctor.. waited for 2 hours for my turn.. By the time I was feeling more worse than before.. While waiting to collect my medicine.. The medic told me that their cough syrup was out of stock so they won't be giving me the cough syrup.. If I really want it I have to go buy myself or come back another day to see the doctor again to get the medicine.. By the time I might be dead.. Rested two days at home and drinking my cough syrup from my previous medication..

5th to 6th Aug 2010 Thurs to Fri - Back to work but still coughing.. went to visit my parents on Thurs.. got to fill in one of the forms for my sister financial grant..

7th Aug 2010 Sat - Went to East Coast Park to rollerblade after sending Jerlyn's parents for dinner at commonwealth.. Went to eat Burger King with our blades on.. After that went back to fetch them and went home to pack for our trip to Batam..

8th Aug 2010 Sun - Wake up early and packed our bags to go for our Batam Trip.. Actually there was nothing much to pack as we only going to stay there for a day.. Just one set of clothes was enough.. Reached Batam around 9 plus in the morning.. Changed the currency and feel like richer as 100 Sing dollars can change 650,000 Indo dollars.. Went for the day tour.. Was quite normal as most of the place the tour brought us too was not really attractive to us.. Only the Polo Ralph and the Hard Rock shirts caught my eyes.. The lunch at the Seafood Restaurant really sucks.. Everyone was complaining.. The Resort that we were staying was normal.. the beachfront cottage was nice as we could see the views of the Marina Bay Sands from afar.. But the water doesn't seem to be clean and clear.. seem like dirty sea water to me.. The room was okay abit small.. Compare to the one at Langkawi that we stayed in 2007 the one in Langkawi was better..

9th Aug 2010 Mon - It the National Day of Singapore.. Here we are in Batam having our breakfast looking at MBS.. The breakfast was again normal.. Can be better I suppose.. After our breakfast we went back to room and relax as we are still early for our 3 hour Spa.. When we reach our Spa we were still early and got to wait awhile.. When its our turn we were told to changed into sarong and have our bubble bath.. Abit like the hot tub that we took in Langkawi but this was not hot and having bubble covering us.. After that we showered and lie on the spa table and get ready for the scrub and mask.. I think the sarong shorts that the lady gave me was too long that she keep pushing it up my thigh.. Compare to the Langkawi Spa they gave me a disposable brief I will prefer the brief as it is a better choice for spa than the sarong shorts.. After that showered again and had our oil massage.. the massage was not bad just that we couldn't shower again after the oil massage and it quite make us sticky while rushing back to the ferry terminal to take our ferry back.. Next time if we are to go again.. We will try another resort and spa and do the spa 1st and day tour later.. It will be better this way..

10th Aug 2010 Tue - Went for a course inside my workplace and was quite tired.. wasn't really paying attention to the lesson..

11th Aug 2010 Wed - Went for an understudy under one of my colleague for the duty that I need to do at the end of the month.. the understudy duty was to work from 3pm to 10pm but the actual duty will be working from 745 in the morning to 8plus in the next morning after handover the duty.. The duty was quite easy just that it will be quite boring so I think I will need some entertainment when I doing my duty later in the month..

12th Aug 2010 Thurs - Back to work in the morning again.. went to visit my parents again..

13th Aug 2010 Fri - Went to NUH MMI to take my Dental OPG.. the Dental OPG only took few mins and then I went to the canteen to eat with my colleagues.. After that my colleague send me back to work and a colleague from CAB came over to help me solve some issue that we had long ago.. Work till 7 in the evening before leaving work for home..

14th Aug 2010 Sat - Went to Jerlyn's parents' stall to eat breakfast and also send Jerlyn to work.. In the afternoon went back to fetch Jerlyn's parents and went to Pasir Panjang and West Coast to collect stuff.. After reaching home it rain heavily and 3 of us only with one umbrella and load of stuffs to bring up were wet..

Jac's Birthday

This two weeks seem pretty normal.. Went to celebrate Jac's birthday.. Went to Jason's wedding lunch.. Went to Vivocity with Jerlyn to shop around.. Went to CAB East for course..

19th to 23rd July 2010 Mon to Fri - Nothing much as was working..

24th July 2010 Sat - It was Jac's Birthday so we went to Sakura Buffet Restaurant to celebrate.. Nicholas her boyfriend, Regina and Darren and Ashton, and one of Nic's friend were there too..

25th July 2010 Sun - Didn't go anywhere as we doesn't feel like going out..

26th to 27th July 2010 Mon to Tue - Work again..

28th to 30th July 2010 Wed to Fri - Went to CAB East with one of the colleague for course.. CAB East was really far.. After I took MRT from Clementi to Tampines I still got to take my colleague car into CAB East which is near Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.. The course was quite good but it rain on two days and I caught a cold during the rain.. On Friday went to meet Jerlyn to meet her Ex Tai Tai gang with Lili and Aerith, Linda and Teck Tong, Boon and Jiamin and also Hema too.. The ladies had a good chat while the guys were busy playing Iphone and Itouch..

31st July 2010 Sat - Last min got called upon to work.. But went in booking out all the keys and tools by myself was really tiring.. But the worse part is when doing the task, I was told that I can do it on Monday so I doesn't need to do double job if fail.. So going in on Sat was really unnecessary..

1st Aug 2010 Sun - Went to Jason's wedding at Mandai.. was quite interesting to held the wedding there as the surrounding are all orchid plantation.. After that Jerlyn meet me to go Vivocity to buy some daily products such as tit bits and underwear..
