Today is Christmas eve.. Memories came back and last year was really a fun and enjoyable Christmas eve at Arizona.. Now back in Singapore again the Christmas atmosphere wasn't that strong anymore..
5th Dec 2010 Sun - On this day we went to meet my ex colleague MK who is now a property agent.. He called me that there is a HDB unit for viewing so we went down to see it.. The unit is quite near to Jurong Point.. It's about 5 to 10 mins walk.. Location wise is very good.. It's on the 4th floor.. A bit low for our liking and the windows is facing the multi storey carpark.. Which mean its easily seen from outside.. Jerlyn doesn't like the design and decoration of the house which mean a lot of hacking and renovation to be done if we bought it.. And this is just our 1st viewing so its just a experience for us.. Next we went to MK's house to view as he spent 50k to renovate it.. He convert one of the room to become a walk-in wardrobe and storeroom which is quite creative.. He also knock down the bathroom wall and change into a glass so the bathroom is visible from the master bedroom.. Quite liberal and modern haha..
6th Dec 2010 Mon - I was still on leave but Jerlyn started working.. So I stay and home and rot haha..

8th Dec 2010 Wed - Went to see my Sis with my Mum and Cyndi's Mum too.. She meet me and my Mum at Hougang for breakfast before going to visit my Sis.. Heard that Cyndi's bro Jianfeng brought his wife to France for holiday with his company paying for his trip.. He only need to pay for his wife' share..
9th Dec 2010 Thurs - Met Mingfeng and Ailin at West Coast Plaza for lunch and chat about house.. MF was trying to buy resale flats too.. Heard from him that he is going to view a flat in Clementi so I decided to ask Jerlyn to join them for view later at night.. The Unit was on the 6th floor and location was really good.. Everything is nearby but just that for the small size of 86sqm for $608,000 is too steep and the master bedroom layout is too awkward.. If not MF might have bought it..
10th Dec 2010 Fri - Today was celebrating Trisa birthday.. So we went to Liang's Court to meet up with Trisa, Samuel, Liting and Cecilia for dinner at a ma la steamboat restaurant.. After that we went to Lunar, a club to chill out.. 1st time going to a Chinese songs theme club feel different..
11th Dec 2010 Sat - Jerlyn accompany me to PSB academy to pay my course fee.. 3 modules for $4500.. There goes my bonus.. course will start on the 1st week of Jan.. After 10 yrs of working.. I'm going back to study.. really having mixed feeling.. Pray hard I can pass all my exams and graduate..
12th Dec 2010 Sun - Jerlyn and I went down to Chinatown OG to buy my Christmas present.. She bought a aeroplane cuff link and 3 of my favourite Skinxwear for me.. Then bought Koi Tea down to Cecilia's house at Hougang for the ladies 1st Mahjong session.. The main players are Jerlyn, Cecilia, Liting and Trisa.. But Trisa was late so Cecilia's Mum takeover Trisa place 1st while I watch variety show for 4 hours.. After Trisa came over, Liting have to leave early so Me and Trisa took over Liting and Cecilia's Mum.. I haven't been playing mahjong for many years so took me awhile to get the hang of it.. Cecilia's Mum was the biggest winner and Liting was the biggest loser..
13th/14th Dec 2010 Mon/Tue - Me and Nic went to Tampines Concourse for our WITS and Techique course for two days..
15th/16th/17th Dec 2010 Wed/Thurs/Fri - Nothing much on these 3 days as I was back at work.. Jerlyn went for her company Christmas celebration and dinner at Paragon..
18th Dec 2010 Sat - Wake up early to go around Clementi Central to run our errands and brought Jerlyn's favourite Koi Tea.. Went to Bishan Ting to pay Jerlyn grandma a visit.. Jerlyn saw her brother's girlfriend for the 1st time..
19th Dec 2010 Sun - Went down to IMM to checkout if there is anymore of Jerlyn's Christmas present available but upon reaching there, there was a note saying Iphone 4 stock not available.. so we went walking and have our lunch.. Saw Sony Centre so decide to ask Sony to have our TV install to the wall.. When we were thinking of leaving, Jerlyn wanted to ask Starhub if we were able to reserve one Iphone 4 but to our amaze, there is still Iphone 4 available.. So we waited for 2 hours for our queue number before buying my wife her Christmas present..
20th/21st/22nd/23rd Dec 2010 Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs - Nothing much again as I was working.. almost fell sick again but manage to recover.. I found out that I had already took 8 days of MC for this year after I came back in March..
24th Dec 2010 Fri - Christmas Eve.. Went to work in the morning.. Went for the brief for my Sunday duty and went for breakfast.. After that saw the other department of my flight having Christmas present exchange.. Can see their department are more united than my department.. After another brief and off to home..
Year 2010 is ending soon and another year is coming.. This year was quite an eventful year for me.. Came back from Arizona.. its really a nice place and I will miss that place.. Went to Hawaii with Jerlyn.. Really enjoy that place too.. went to Batam with Jerlyn.. Nothing much there and didn't got much to enjoy there.. Went to Korat Thailand for work.. Gain a lot of suffering and experience from there.. Went to Koh Samui with Jerlyn.. Enjoy the relaxation and the Spa there.. So next year resolutions will be passing all my exams and hope to get a flat.. Making babies may have to delay again because of Jerlyn's career just started and me going for study.. Not sure if even got the time to make babies a not..

Koh Samui
Went for course about creative and fell sick after that.. Went to Koh Samui Thailand to celebrate my 2nd wedding anniversary and also the 4th anniversary with Jerlyn together..
21st Nov 2010 Sun - Rotting at home again.. Its becoming a trend to rot at home now.. think I got to start working out again.. Getting fatter..
22nd Nov 2010 Mon - Went on a course in base about Creative and Visual Methods for Breakthrough Ideas.. Caught a cold as all the 3 air con and the 2 fans blowing at me..
23rd Nov 2010 Tue - Sneezing away as the course continue.. Was quite interesting as in we can use mind mapping for your daily work and personal work too..
24th Nov 2010 Wed - Couldn't take it and went to see the doctor with Jerlyn taking half way family care leave to accompany me.. How come I don't have family care leave? The medicine was so powerful that I ate and knock out most of the day..
25th Nov 2010 Thurs - Knew that early in the morning there will be a call to go back to work.. As I was sick so I just went back for 1 hour and came back home to sleep again..
26th Nov 2010 Fri - While I went back to home to sleep on Thurs the rest of the guys work 12 hrs plus.. After working for the 1st day of the week, I was having my 2 weeks leave again..
27th Nov 2010 Sat - Went to collect the stuff from Teck Tong at his house in Little India.. The stuff was brought by Jerlyn online and send to Shermaine and then send to Elaine then to Teck Tong then to us.. Went to Chinatown to change our Thai currency and also ate the famous Fish Head in special sauce.. Quite good but a little spicy.. Went to buy Koi as Chinatown branch doesn't have much people.. Old people doesn't like this kind of stuff..
28th Nov 2010 Sun - Packing our clothes and stuff in the luggage for our trip to Koh Samui.. It will be our 2nd wedding anniversary and also the 4th anniversary together.. Because our wedding date is just two days different from our anniversary..
29th Nov 2010 Mon - Jerlyn went back to work for 2 hours when she was suppose to be on leave.. Then she came back and we continue packing and went to Chinatown with Jerlyn's parents and 2nd brother before going to the Airport for dinner.. The flight to Koh Samui was about 1 hour and 30 minutes but they still provide dinner on board.. I was quite full so I didn't manage to finish it.. After reaching Koh Samui, we took the Airport Transfer to our resort and check in.. Didn't do much as was quite late so we unpack and turn in..
30th Nov 2010 Tue - Wake up early for our breakfast and went to ask about any tour around the island.. Went to walk around and laze at Starbucks.. Then it started to rain.. heard that it was the monsoon season so it will rain every day.. So we decided to go indoor we took a cab to Tesco and walk.. Tesco is like Walmart but smaller.. Went to MK restaurant to eat our lunch.. I ate it at Korat before but Jerlyn never tried it and she like it.. After Tesco we went back to the resort and rest and went back to the streets to walk again.. Came back to our resort restaurant to see the lady boys show during the dinner.. The Mango Ice Cream with Mango fruit and Sticky Rice is super good..
1st Dec 2010 Wed - After our breakfast we went for our tour around the island.. we book this tour for 3400 Baht which is about 150 dollars .. Our driver is a guy named Toto.. He drive us around with 6 other people in this 4x4 jeep to see the Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks, saw baby elephant, monkey and crocodile show, tried elephant trekking, went up mountain road to the waterfall but didn't swim, saw the mummified monk in his temple, went to the magic garden which doesn't feel magic to me, ate at the restaurant that can view 650 meters above sea level, see how rubber tapping is done and went to see the Big Buddha which is really huge.. We miss out on the show on how monkey climb up coconut tree to remove the coconut due to rain.. Overall it was ok only.. Maybe our hopes was higher than we expected.. Jerlyn was saying that we should also try the water activities too but we didn't.. For dinner we went to restaurant called Will Wait Restaurant to eat.. Didn't wait long but also didn't make us wanted to wait either.. Just that they were showing movies so we didn't mind waiting..
2nd Dec 2010 Thurs - Another rainy day.. After the breakfast we wanted to go out for walk but it started raining again so we decided to move forward our spa and go out later.. 1st was the Hydro Bubble Bath.. so the massage therapist told us to take off our clothes and wear the special underwear they provided and go into the tub.. I heard wrongly and thought take off clothes go into tub come up to shower then wear the underwear.. so after the bath the massage therapists came in again and told us to get out of the tub.. then I know I make a mistake haha so the therapist took a towel to let me cover up and go shower.. next was the body scrub.. they give us the underwear again but Jerlyn found out that the special underwear was able to see thru it after she caught the therapist looking at my family jewel.. But the underwear was so comfortable and I think for Thai massage they are more liberal and don't really cover us up for easier massaging so I'm not complaining haha.. After the scrub was the body mask.. they apply the body mask on us and then use those transparent wrap to wrap us up like we are salmon haha.. After the mask was the oil massage.. Really good she really make all my muscle relax after that.. The last was the facial mask.. After that they massage us again as we were stiff after doing the facial mask lying in that position.. Then there was fruits and tea for us after the whole session..
It was really better than the Spa we took in Batam.. Worth spending 4500 Baht which is 198 dollars.. Because they really make us comfortable during the whole session.. Not like the Batam one where the shorts they gave me to wear was so uncomfortable and difficult to massage too.. That is why I feel that Thai massage is better than other countries in terms of comfort and skills.. After the Spa we went to McDonald's to eat and then walk the streets but it rained again so we cut short and went for dinner at this restaurant called Khaosan Restaurant..
3rd Dec 2010 Fri - After breakfast we pack and took some pictures before checking out.. We went to Black Canyon Coffee for lunch and laze but it started rain again.. so we run back to resort and waited for our Airport Transfer to bring us to Airport.. The Airport really looks like an Outlet in Arizona if mistaken because it doesn't look like a Airport to me.. Finally ended our holiday and went back to Singapore.. It was really relaxing.. 1st time didn't feel stressful as they wasn't much things for us to do.. We were just lazing around and relaxing..
4th Dec 2010 Sat - Wake up today surf some Internet and uploaded photos of our trip.. upload till vomit blood.. the uploading is super slow lo.. Jerlyn went to meet her colleague to gossip about the week that she was not in.. Jerlyn's Mum think that she is too free haha..
